Ts. Diana Ho Ak Maling—honored as the prestigious Tokoh Perantis 2025 and featured in the Sarawak Women in Digital Economy 2026 initiative—is a visionary tech entrepreneur, data scientist, and corporate strategy expert. Driven by her core philosophy, “Empowering women through data-driven decision-making,” she is one of the very few women in Sarawak leading her own IT consultancy, bridging the gap between traditional industry, business innovation, and ESG principles.

With over two decades of experience, Diana spent her early career driving high-stakes financial and operational strategies for major global multinationals. Her background includes serving as a Management Accountant and Cost Controller for Robert Bosch Malaysia, working on the pioneer team for IPTV Business Planning at Astro, and leading the pioneer team for the Fixed Asset Module Reporting at Dyson Malaysia. She also served as a core project member of the global benchmarking project at Shell and drove analytical initiatives for RAM Rating Malaysia before transitioning into public sector transformation and social entrepreneurship in Sarawak.

An Actuarial Science graduate from Purdue University (USA), Diana holds an MSc in Statistics from Durham University (UK), an MBA from Swinburne University of Technology, and advanced ESG credentials from CENTEXS. She is a certified Enterprise Architect (TOGAF) and serves as an Exco member of the MBOT Women Technologist Chapter.

Diana is heavily committed to nurturing future talent, regularly serving as a Guest Lecturer for the School of Business and actively acting as an Industry Partner who takes on and mentors interns through hands-on, end-to-end IT business projects. She is also a proud member of BIMP-EAGA Sarawak and the driving innovator behind the Tajau Ladies Empowerment Network (TLEN), where she developed a dedicated application to help SMEs track and safeguard their financial profitability.

As Founder & CEO of Tajau Berseri Consulting Sdn Bhd, Diana actively advances the tech ecosystem as an Exco Member for Women in Tech Sarawak and an Exco Member of the MBOT Women Technologist Chapter. She has delivered consultancy, training, and digital transformation initiatives for government agencies, GLCs, MNCs, SMEs, and NGOs, while mentoring the next generation of digital talent and micro-entrepreneurs across Sarawak and beyond.
